Introduction
These terms describe the basic rules for using DropRelik during the V0 MVP period.

Marketplace role
DropRelik provides a platform to list and purchase creator-related physical items. DropRelik may not own the listed items unless explicitly stated.

Products
Products are one-of-one physical items described on their product page. Buyers should review photos, descriptions, video proof, price, and shipping country before purchasing.

Orders and payment
Payments are processed via Stripe Checkout. An order is confirmed only after successful payment.

Shipping
For V0, items are shipped directly by the creator or seller. Shipping times and tracking availability may vary.

Authenticity and video proof
DropRelik links items to creator videos where possible. Verification is manual in V0 and does not yet include formal third-party authentication.

Buyer responsibilities
Buyer must provide accurate shipping and contact information.

Seller responsibilities
Seller must provide accurate item information and ship the purchased item within the agreed timeframe.

Refunds and disputes
Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy.

Prohibited items
DropRelik may refuse items that are illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, infringing, or inappropriate.

Limitation of liability
DropRelik is provided as an MVP marketplace. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropRelik is not responsible for indirect losses, delays, carrier issues, or seller actions outside the platform's control.
