Refund Policy

Overview

DropRelik sells one-of-one creator-related physical items. Because each drop is unique, refunds are reviewed case by case.

Eligible refund cases

• The item was not shipped within the expected timeframe
• The item received is materially different from the product description
• The item was damaged before delivery due to seller packaging negligence
• The order was cancelled before shipment

Non-refundable cases

• Buyer changes their mind after purchase
• Buyer did not read the product description
• Minor differences due to lighting, photos, or natural wear
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier after the item was shipped

Shipping issues

If tracking shows the item was shipped, carrier delays must first be handled with the carrier. DropRelik may assist where possible.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact DropRelik with your order email, product name, and explanation.

Refund method

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method via Stripe.
